No, it isn't:
% file tmp/extract.bad
tmp/extract.bad: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, Alpha (unofficial), version 1,
dynamically linked (uses shared libs), stripped
% ldd tmp/extract.bad
/usr/bin/ldd: tmp/extract.bad: No such file or directory
%
There is something else wrong with it.
