Wildfire's SRM is just over 3MB.  It's not supported
in current sources, but I know it's being worked on.

*shrug* There's nothing saying Milo _has_ to be in the low 3MB,
it's just convenient.  Putting it in high memory would require
runtime relocations etc, which wouldn't be fun.
