Clock skew error ?

Hi, 
We have a UP2k+ with two 750MHz/8MB Alphas running Redhat 6.2 but with the
kernel 2.4.1 loaded
The board has a NEtgear GA620T, Intel EEpro100 and a Voodoo3 card.
Randomly when we try to rebuild the kernel, we get the following message:
" **** Warning. Clock Skew detected. Your build may be incomplete"
But the new kernel is sucessfully generated.
Any ideas ?
