Video on AlphaLinux

Hi,

I'm about to shell some money for video camera, and of course
I'd love to be able to get the video to my Alpha too. A quick search
on alphalinux.org and google turned up only a handful of references
talking about WinTV, and a bit dated ones too. I'd love to hear about
any recent experience on image capturing on Alpha - are there any
better/newer cards ? How are various drivers doing on Alpha ?
Any recommendations ?
