What is your firmware version?
May be, latest 2.2 will work for you.

I never see the setuation you haven, mine cards will work both under ARC and
SRM consoles, or neither SRM no ARC, but I'm hear that SRM does not supports
number of cards as ARC BIOS emulation.
BTW, try to load ECU utility and install standard VGA card to appropriate
position.
