aboot 0.8pre2

Hi all,

The aboot project lives again, thanks to Falk Hueffner, who sent me a copy
of the CVS tree. I've since fixed the ext2 fs error which forced (some)
people to create boot partitions to be able to load their kernel, and some
other things.

So, I'd like to ask you all for some help testing this release out. If it
seems stable, I'll make an official aboot 0.8 release in a little while.
