IMHO, the problem is between the old MILO and the new kernel.
The old MILO is looking for the command line args in a specific
place (IIRC, something like 0x300000 or thereabouts).
If the new kernel was built *without* legacy start address, then it is
putting the command line args somewhere around 0x800000, which is what
might be causing the problem.

Well, the only thing to be nervous about, you don't have to worry about,
as your IntraServer SCSI card ought to be recognized by SRM just fine.
