Remove the TLZ09 (tape) from the SCSI bus, and try again, as someone
else suggested, with "root=/dev/hda etc..." instead. MIATAs (almost)
always have IDE CDROMs, and QLogic SCSI controllers which, under Linux,
have problems with tape drives on the same bus as HDDs.
