Early versions of SRM console on MIATA handled IDE CDROMs via SCSI
emulation (the IDE driver supported the SCSI driver API, IIRC).
Later versions support it as "pure" IDE and call the interfaces pqa
and pqb, and IDE CDs typically show up as dqa0 or dqb0.
I looked on a box with V7.0, and it had the "pure" IDE treatment, so I
suggest that Ted update his console FW.
