hi,
i've just recognized that xfree 4.2.0 has updated its support for glint cards.
well - i have auch a card:
===
root@pc164-1 ~ # lspci
00:06.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82557 [Ethernet Pro 100] (rev 08)
00:07.0 SCSI storage controller: Adaptec AIC-7881U (rev 01)
00:08.0 Non-VGA unclassified device: Intel Corporation 82378IB [SIO ISA Bridge] (rev 43)
00:09.0 VGA compatible unclassified device: 3DLabs Permedia (rev 01)
00:09.1 Non-VGA unclassified device: 3DLabs GLINT Delta (rev 01)
00:0b.0 IDE interface: CMD Technology Inc PCI0646 (rev 01)
===
but i cannot get it running on my fresh xfree86 4.2.0...
what do i need to put into the config file?
has anyone already got the card working?
i dont understand ``lspci''...
do i have a permedia or a delta chip on my card?
why do i have 2 devices (00:09.0 and 00:09.1)?
hope someone can help...
niki
