fsck automation

Hello
Iam running Linux RH 6.2 and 7.1 on intel and sparc processors,
and every time we have power failure for over 2 hours, which the UPS
can sustain, i get a lot of 'manual fsck' on reboot, which require human
intervention and if it is during the night then becomes a problem
since there will be nobody to attend to until the following morning.
Is there any way i can automate fsck to get round this problem.
