Normally on eBay small packages, like this one, are shipped via Priority
Mail.  The charge for this would be $3.50.  When I checked the UPS site the
mime charge for shipping from Minnesota to NY would be $5.13.

Maybe I'm over-reacting but I am sick of sellers on eBay who charge
ludicrous amounts for shipping.  I just bought a video card in an auction
where the shipping charges were not specified.  The guy wants $18.50 to ship
it to me, UPS ground.  :-(
