Innocent whistle.... it'll certainly work on a sx164.....
actually there has been additional work to make it work on older 
machines but the real problem from my point of view is lack of available 
HW to test for failure. it it works, great but it's the ones that fail 
that I get reports back on in the beta test program that I have trouble 
with because I generally don't have the HW around to work on eg 
UP1500.... all I can say is that best efforts were made
