Yep, that was the other issue (I *just* remembered that after sending off
the last email :-P). There are some power supplies out there that were
wired for this, but I'm pretty sure it was a very small number.
The CS20's will power down, though, since the power supplies supported it
and also because we had concerns about how much heat buildup would occur
if there were >20 in one rack (not easy to simulate in our chambers).
