throw a good ole VT100 on com1 and you should have either the ">>>" prompt
or AlphaBIOS via serial. at least that works on most AlphaServers.

How I can do this?
Remember that the first time I reboot I can use the console in graphics,
can I return to graphics mode from here? If not how I can connect in
terminal serial console mode from windows?

The machine may not be dead. The console may have moved to the serial
port.
Try and use a terminal to set the console back to "graphics" under SRM.
