It absolutely is.
They got stuck with a ton of these and the parts.
API built them and they wouldn't sell.
Then they were placed on the Compaq price list and they wouldn't sell.
Now they are trying the old trick of sticking a new plastic bezel on the front.
And they still won't sell.
And they still overheat..
