XF86 for S3 Trio 64 164SX

Hello!
I'm using 3.3.6 XF86 server on my 164SX with S3 Trio64 card (It comes
from RedHat 7.2)
I wish to upgrade Xserver to 4.x.
Do you know working version for this hardware?
I tried 4.0.2, 4.1.x, 4.2.0 - nothing. It shows only corrupted screens.

I tried:
a) XFree86 -configure
b) xf86cfg (graphical configurator. It shows correct configure screen
only in 4.2.0. Other versions - don't even. But XF86config provided by
xf86cfg is not usable.)
c) I tried to configure by hands ( I do it for 3.3.6 and it working
right) using xf86config.

May be, anybody can tell me what version of XFree86 is usable or send
me correct XF86config file for same hardware
(may be I have bad hands :-)
