RE: building gcc 3.x (3.2.x or 3.3.x) on Alpha 164SX



  As far as I remember, you'd need to install binutils from the latest
sources. gnu.org sources worked for me without any specific patches. Also, I
remember that I had to build binutils one more time using newer gcc 3.3.x
