Hello Alexey,
Although your problem sounds interesting could you give us a little more
information, like:
What type of Alpha system are you using?
Which kernel are you using?
Which distribution are you using?
what is the result of "lspci -v -v"?
what is the result of cat /proc/interrupts?
Which toolchain are you using?
