It is not Virge card as far as I could tell. :)

But when I write startx on server, Alpha is gettin freeze, I can't connect via SSH or nothing... maybe I shoud wait more then 10 minutes?

Hmm, check the /var/log/xorg.0.log file. I might give yuou info at what point it gets stuck. Does it hang on single CPU kernel?
