Current state of I2C drivers

Hi -

I just submitted a patch for kernel 2.6.13 that fixes PCF8584 I2C bus 
access for UP2000 series machines.  I'm also looking at I2C bus access 
on the CS20/DS20L, but I'm having a bit of trouble getting the kernel 
drivers to do meaningful things on my boxes.

Does anybody use the I2C bus drivers on these systems and are there any 
caveats/fixes/workarounds I could benefit from?
