Samsung CPU on a 164LX mainboard

Hello,

I've recently seen a Samsung 21164P7-500 CPU on eBay. Would it
be possible to run this CPU on my 164LX mainboard with the 466 MHz
setting? The CPU should be a EV56 according to various web searches.
