Don't have an answer for you direcdtly,
The HP site puts up this requiement set for 3300 memory:
Minimum: 64MB
Maximum: 2GB ECC
Speed/Type: 60ns/3.3V EDO ECC DIMM
Mode: Non-interleaved block
Configuration: Eight 168-pin DIMM sockets
Upgradable: With 64, 128, 256, 512MB, and 1GB EDO ECC DIMM memory options
That is all the info I can find on the nte just now. THe only thing that
sticks out is the non -interleaved block line.
I hope this helps.

I've got a server 3300 that's billed as accepting 60ns EDO ECC dimms. I
have a set of four that fit the following specs. why don't they run?
would compaq #228471-002 or HP D6114A. work better?

Duty, honor, country: Those three hallowed words reverently dictate
what you ought to be, what you can be, what you will be. They are your
rallying point to build courage when courage seems to fail, to regain
faith when there seems to be little cause for faith, to create hope when
hope becomes forlorn.
