Alpha Core 3 torrent is available

With due respect to bob smith, if folks didn't mind, I would like to 
continue hosting the AC3 torrent alongside the other torrents I've done 
for each other release.

Temporary URL for torrent is

That should get people going.

When the high-speed seed finishes downloading, I'll post the permanent 
URL (and also an FTP mirror URL).
