Re: mkinitrd and kernel dependency problem

Hi all,

In case you didn't notice, there is a problem with yum since around a
week (or more), the kernel tries to update itself but can't find an
updated version of mkinitrd. Here is an example (standard repositories,
yum clean all done):

[root ev67 ~]# yum update

--> Running transaction check
---> Package kernel.alpha 0:2.6.25-14.1axp.fc8 set to be installed

--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: mkinitrd >= 6.0.39-1 is needed by package

Could you have a look at this please? I'm asking it on the list because
maybe you didn't notice it on your development machines :)

Will try to fix that ASAP!
