Well, When it gave me the list of pacages to install, I selected "select
all", or "install everything" (I forget which one it has), but did not
select seperate packages.
However, after a couple hours, the system never asked for the second cd,
and the book (or atleast those parts I could convinse my assistant to
read) didn't mension it.

What is the second disk?
