adduser

Hi, again,

I know this isn't really blindness related, but have noware else to go
right now . . .

Q: is there any way to control the actions of "adduser"?--In slakware, it
prompted for the customization of things, in rhl4.0, it just tells me to
enter a user name, and goes with the defaults.
The problem, is there is no man page, and no apparent configuration files.

I hear it can be done via x-win, but ibm screenreader (and rhl4.0) don't
seem to like running x-win.
