Emacspeak driver for DoubleTalk

I found the DoubleTalk interface manual here:

I am willing to work on an Emacspeak driver, starting with the one I
wrote in C for the DECtalk (actually a translation of Raman's TCL
driver).  However, I don't have a DoubleTalk to experiment with.  Does
anyone want to volunteer to help debug a driver?
