Emacspeak driver for DoubleTalk

I've gotten one volunteer debugger, Ken Perry
<whistler blinksoft com>, and several messages of support.  I'll be
starting work on the driver, but will not make any promises about
schedules.  I will do my best to support both serial and parallel port
versions.

Incidently, a friend has agreed to loan me a DoubleTalk.

John Schucker <gwynn globaldialog com> wrote to ask about the Accent
SA.  I would like to write one for that too.  No promises about the
schedule for that, either.  I have docs for the Accent, though they
date from 1991.  Has their interface changed since then?
