OK, I confirmed that at least some of the LDP volumes are available
in HTML format.  I went to Linux International's new homepage and
found the information easily locatable.  (I used lynx, as is my custom,
and the page is very tidy for ASCII browser access.)  Try
http://www.li.org
and take it from there.

It seems that one of the linuxdoc tools is latex2html and it works OK
to convert LDP docs directly to HTML.
