Driver for emacspeak

The dectalk documentation is on the WWW. (dont have the url at hand as I
write)

Incidentally, are you using  a speech box that uses Italian?
Note that any messages emacspeak itself outputs e.g. "Set speech rate to ..."
are all currently in English.
