Hi All
I downloaded the Debian disk set from the Blinux Speakup Archive, in the
hope to install Debian on my Compaq Amarda 1100 notebook. However, I can't
find any specific documentation regarding Debian installation with Speakup.
I've tried booting with the resc1440.bin image. I understood the Speakup
documentation to say that I needed to press "y" and then select the synth by
typing in the appropriate string or by tapping the tab key to get a list of
supported synths. As I have a Doubletalk LT and a Dectalk Express and my
understanding is correct, could someone tell me the appropriate string for
these synths? If my understanding is incorrect could someone tell me how I
can install these basic Debian disks with speech output?
