I completely concur with Hans' comments. Another influence which is
likely to leave its mark on user interface design during the next
decade is the desire for specch-speech-only interaction in the context
of mobile devices. Free software in general, and Linux in particular,
are already finding its way into cars, hand-held computers, etc.
