debian, Xvfb, rvplayer 5.0 and rap

hi listers,
who go the same configuration fo programs as I have (see subject)?
And got the damn thing working?
Eh, if you are not a debian users, but the rest fits in, please give me your notes as well.
If you have a modivied rap script you can mail me it.
For info: rap is a program which interfaces between teh commandlin and the rvplayer from Real Networks.
Xvfb is the vitual frame buffer Xserver which has no real display-output but a sort of dump-like output.
These two together should give blind users a interface to lissten to real audio.
