You can get the noarch rpm and install it. Then if you happen to be running a
DECtalk (I assume that is still the default) you just fire it up. Otherwise
you need t oset it up a bit more. But compiling it from source really isn't
hard - and there are good clear notes on how to do it with the distribution.
