BRLTTY for different Hardware?? (Maint. pease read!)

Hello.

I have some questions according to brltty:
First of all, is the next stable release probably in the near future?
Secondly, is it in any way possible or planned to have brltty compile
all his driver modules into the binary and control the actual hardware
used at the time via /etc/brltty/* or command-line switches?

Reason: I'm currently trying to build .deb package out of brltty.
And I want his thing to be as flexible as possible.
It doesnt really seem good to me to build brltty-tsi brltty-combi .....

Any hints appreciated.
