You'd even need sighted help to set up emacspeak under winlinux.
You can zipslack, which is an umsdos distribution which you simply unzip
to the root dir of you main drive (doesn't contain emacs, you'll need to
download slackware packages of that). You'll probably need some sighted
help no matter what dist you get, unless you have a second PC as a talking
terminal (see the emacspeak howto for installation instructions on
installing slackware via this method).
