multiple synths with emacspeak!

Hello,
	I'm running a slackware 7.0 system with emacspeak. I was wondering if
it's possible to have more than one synthesizer, for instance, viavoice
and a dectalk and to be able to switch between them?
	Also, how would one install emacspeak for a dectalk express?
