Loading emacspeak.

Hi everyone. I installed emacs peak on the system here. Now after I get
the ibm ViaVoice package how would I load emacs speak? Sometimes I want to
use it, and other times I don't so how would I make it so that I can load
it dynamicly. I don't want it to allways load because my other speech
program would be running.
