Re: Ibm ViaVoice.



IBM's new text to speech system (called Outloud) can be
downloaded from the IBM web pages. You first have to register you there
(for free) before you can download Outloud which are two files.

Last time I checked, a good starting point was 
http://www.ibm.com/software/speech/dev/downloads.html
Search this page for "Outloud".

If that doesn't work, then try 
http://www6.software.ibm.com/dl/viavoice/linux-p
