The Dectalk PC is an ISA card.  If your Alpha station doesn't have any ISA
slots, you beter think about something else.

If you use Linux, you will find a driver for the Dectalk PC at
ftp://ftp.leb.net/pub/blinux (check for dectalk_pc-0.95).  It might work
under Alpha/Linux but if it doesn't, you'll have to figure out the problem
and fix it by yourself (unless someone lend me an Alpha !! ).
