crc error with sz

Hello, listers!
I am using text terminal to access the linux system.
It works fine except for downloading via sz.
When I try to download a file, I get lots of crc errors, and cps stays around
1,500.
However, with rz, I get no crc errors, and cps stays 10,000.
 
I use getty and run setserial and stty to configure the comport.
And the os is redhat v5.2.
