Make sure that the Emacspeak FAQ has been installed into the Emacspeak
directory so that the software can find it. The FAQ can be found in the
Emacspeak distribution, and should reside, after installation, in
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak or whatever directory Emacspeak uses
on your system.
