need location of dectalk module.

Hello to all,
	I'm trying to install slackware umsdos on another machine. I need a few
things, first, I need the location of the 2.2 dectalk driver, all I've
seen so far is 0.91, which I understand does not work with 2.2 kernels, I
hear there's one that does. Secondly, is anyone out there using a vortex
magic wave PCI sound card? If so, or if anyone knows of a driver for it
I'd appreciate hearing from you.
