calling for help please

Hi,

My isp is running linux and they upgraded there web server to roxen 1.3
which is therelatest version.

Now since the upgrade all Internet Explorer products such as version 3.0
and 5.0 will no longer refresh the web pages.  I have been asking people
all over the net and all have said that any pages on pressenter such as
http://www.pressenter.com/~jruby no longer refresh under the ie browsers.
This used to work just fine before the upgrade and it does not happen any
place else on the net.

What can I have them look for as they say it is a ms bug, but this is not
happening on any other servers that we could find that would contain a
clock or counter that we could use to tell if the page is being refreshed
properly.
