Re: calling for help please

Ok, so where would it be.
I'm basicly telling it to grab the page from the server and it hands me the
same page. this is telling me that either my isp is caching on there end
or they have something turned off. all the html stuff works fine, but the
refresh.
It works on every other web site that I came across.
So how could this be a compatability issue when only my isp is doing this?

I don't want a war or flame I'm just trying to understand here.
When you request a new page from the server, that is what you should get.
I don't know much about how the servers actually form there requests and
responces, but it should be something like:

when normal browsing
request page
is page in cache
if so then check to see if page is newer by date time file size what ever.
if yes then send the page
if no then just show page in cache

Now if you want to refresh the page it would be something like:
get new page.
don't do any checking just grab the page reguardless.

If I could view web pages on another roxen 1.3 server and had the same
problem, then ok it is a ms bug.
but if it only happens at pressenter then it is a config error at
pressenter.

You know how well everyone loves ms, now if netscape was not refreshing,
they would look right in to there configurations.

man this is just anoying.
