Dectalk PC driver

The firmware files, and the dectalk modules and loader (dtpc.o dtload, dtdemo, dtstart) need to go in /etc/dectalk. Then, edit the file `/etc/dectalk/dtstart' and have dtload be called from an absolute path e.g. `/etc/dectalk/' at the beginning of the line. then change to the /etc/dectalk directory and run ./dtstart again.
