The second hard disk will probably be /dev/hdb if it is on the same ide
cable as your first hard disk, or /dev/hdc if it is on a second cable.  So
the first partition on the drive would either be /dev/hdb1 or /dev/hdc1.
Running dmesg should tell you more definitively which name you should use.

I've been assuming that you aren't using devfs without devfsd running;
otherwise the drive names will be different.
