Syntax and setup questions

["ADFM" <flodabay hotmail com>]

    After logging in as root, I enter the line:

mv /mnt/win98/linux/emacspeak-16.0-1.386.rpm /

or

mv /mnt/win98/linux/emacspeak-16.0-1.386.rpm /lib

And get an error saying to the fact it can not stack the file or an invalid directory. Can someone please help? Thanks.

When I login I am told I have a new email message waiting. How do I check this out? Can someone please assist to getting my email up and running in RedHat 7.3 and webpage browseing? Thanks.
