.pdf may be read and printed by Acrobat reader, but which program for windows may access .ps files?

Probably in the same way how a pdf file is given to the printer from W$;
under Gnu/Linux I only do lpr file.ps <enter> and CUPS + my Brother laser
2040 do the rest.
